Justa and all--Dupont Photomask to retrofit existing ETEC tools: biz.yahoo.com Dupont made this announcement in conjunction with their earnings release this morning. Last quarter, they bad-mouthed the Ultrabeam on their conference call. This quarter, they highlighted their relationship with ETEC. While this announcement does not rule out Ultrabeam purchases by Dupont, I would be surprised to see them place production size orders for Ultrabeams any time soon. --David
