Lev Dawson's shares, and my shares and his friend's shares all will move in the same direction. We will all participate proportionally to our holdings. If he sells, we will know it, and that is good enough for me. As far as your reference to the company having something to hide, if you think they are deceitful, run to the exit door. If you don't, then allow the company to protect proprietary information and possible trade secrets and spring this product on the marketplace only when there is absolutely no doubt of it's success.
