The market seems pretty clean, finally.

Also, those buys at Levesque aren't necessarily Busby's. There is a group of brokers in Quebec City that control quite a few million shares - they follow the story closely and are actively involved.

Rig is onsite at Morgantown, California should spud soon (first week of May).
