Thanks for checking into that.
His response tells us that some really do read the press releases way too deeply.

I think things are progressing. This is what we have been led to believe:
1) Thurs Conference Call
2) Fri FAMH send financials to ATXI
3) Mon FAMH releases financials to public
4) Thurs ATXI merger deadline for definitive letter of agreement.

I will revisit my buy/sell decision Next Friday after these items have/haven't transpired.
