I think Soros is speculating that possibly NRT is in negotiations with Bristol Meyers.

I too think that NRT has had an incredible run, but I do not see any signs of this slowing down. If you look at a chart, it has been a slow steady climb on good volume, not a dramatic increase like we so often see on the VSE. This does not justify cold feet, although removing your initial investment is always wise, I would remain a shareholder for the long term. On this thread there have been numerous discussions of NRT's future valuations, I think that the Co could easily meet these targets in the coming months. Remember NRT has just recently put the last piece of the puzzle together in order for it to go to the next level (CEO).

Also most junior biotechs do not report earnings but trade on the value of future earnings. If you have any doubt as to the possible short term growth of NRT, look at FMI (Forbes Meditech)and their recent share price increase. I believe that NRT has as good a shot or better to succeed like FMI.
