Peter: You are right! Remember I said "Naturally this is all hypothetical but is not out of the realm of possibility." We will just have to wait and see if anything takes place. I also trade mostly CEF's. Most traders do not understand them so predictably they do not buy them. The ones I own have paid off handsomely for me. I own ; SBF, BKF, GGT, GAB, TY and ROC.
