Dear Blake, I bought both CPQ and IBM after the new leaders Although it is possible Novell will inspire us with a new leader, people on this thread have lost a lot of hope due to the delay. When CPQ made its move I believe it was a sudden and a direct response to investors disappointment with the stock's performance. They had a problem and resolved it. Novell does not resolve its problems, its management always begs for more time, gets it, and then disappoints us again, and begs for more time. Although the idea of a superstar CEO has been floated on this thread, it is mostly a false hope to boost our morale. There is no actual evidence that anyone at Novell wants such a person. I think the insiders want Marengi.
