For those of us who are uninitiated, what is "The Rational Analyst"?

Next, in my panic state, I had my wife call 4 opthalmologists who all own 25,000 plus shares. One sold 10,000 shares at 10. Smart Guy. He's the one who's going to operate on me. The rest are all unconcerned and sticking. Why not, average cost for this group is about $4.
