Just a comment on the schedule. This is my field - process automation in the oil and gas industry. VERY FEW of these projects are finished on schedule. The engineering company would have to be very good, and even then, nothing is guaranteed with the shortage of talent and experience in this industry.

I hope it does not happen, but I would be pleasantly surprised.
