I would think it may have something to do with getting things about the co's sale of further stock straightened out - ? Insider holdings I think have to be reported as per the report date - I think!

There could be questions on value of far-east investments - We do not know if such was done already last year - Do we ?.

And at last - (have just seen that problem with another stock) - There may be disagreement between management and auditors about petty-things in the report text.
