Having had cataract surgery twice in recent years, the last only a few days ago, I am taking Tobradex four times daily and will switch to Inflamase Forte shortly. Both are manufactured by Acorn. Can anyone tell me what is the advantage of Lotemax over the other two, which as I remember are the same two I used four years ago.

If there is no advantage, why should opthamologists switch to Lotetmax from the anti-inflamtories they apparently have been using for some years.
