I don't want to be overly presumptive, but I'm extremely skeptical of US companies trading on the Vancouver exchange. It doesn't have a good reputation among many US brokers and has seen many abuses. I've personally been burned on a couple of "pump and dump" schemes of US companies on that particular exchange. This may be very legit company, but I'd use extreme caution. Are stock promoters involved?
