Gee I thought only smart guys got to be prez...... Nope. Only guys who want it really, really badly. And are willing to do what they have to do to get it. In this century I don't think we've had an intellectually brilliant president. Except maybe for Wilson, and even there... Nixon could have come close if he hadn't been so screwed up. But that's it.
