I suggest you contact another newsletter called The White-CHip Analyst that recommended COHT (email: whitechip@prodigy.net). COHT makes specialized spray equipment for us ein making fiberglass products. It has make coatings and epoxies, one of which is called Aquatapoxy that can be used to "rehabilitate" or extend the life of underground pipes. Check for new releases in Yahoo.
