This is a very legit company. I have been to the company's facilities in South Carolina and have met many times with management. They have a very impressive list of fortune 500 clients. The reason they listed on Vancouver is simple, it presented the best alternative to the typical private venture capital deal where the company management/owners have to give up control to get expansion capital. Now, whether the current move is due to promotion I don't know, the best thing to do before buying into any deal is to do as much due diligence as is necessary to make a proper investment decision, start by calling the company.
