The value was in obtaining an "instant" installed base/channel of 55M. Priorities have shifted, and the company has it's own NW infrastructure offerings. However..... The number of outstanding shares in NOVL is a significant deterrent. There are so many variables surrounding this type of deal. If this seems cryptic, it is intentional.
