Paul,
Thank you. I wasn't kidding around. It very well might just come to that.
Public Companies are open to lawsuits by shareholders. I know that, and so do they. That's exactly why I personally archive EVERYTHING that I have written and received. As I said in my email to Marengi, his performance to-date has been abysmal.
When was the last time you heard ANYTHING from him OR John Young for that matter, other than the flurry of activity after Frankenberg's departure, eh? None, nada, zip!
Why is that? Why has the dialouge from the Novell people on this thread gone to zero? Why is that? OK, they delivered Intranetware, placed some adv. and what else, Netware/SAA? What else have you seen or heard about Novell over the last 4 weeks. Zip, nada, nothing.
Look, they are playing with OUR money. Not thiers. OUR MONEY.
Marengi, Young and company work for US!
My biggest fear right now, is they are intentionally trying to run this stock down to book value, and exercise whatever they have negotiated in thier contracts, pack thier bags, and take off. That is NOT an unimaginable scenario. Personally, I think Marengi is scared shitless and is in over his head, "BIG TIME". I think Young knows that too, and he doesn't want to get his hands dirty.
So, thank you for the support. I am not a lawyer, but I do know there are those types that do this kind of thing. Who knows, maybe some of us will start getting letters in the mail from some of them <grin>.
Regards,
Joe... |
