The GTE agreement was initially exclusive but I don't know if it is today. The Bell Atlantic agreement is non-exclusive. The problem investors have had in the past is that Leviakis and the company have said that "major, major announcements" were due to come out several times. The result was either nothing or some announcement about placing a small number of units at a pizza parlor or some such. The difference between the promise and the deliver has grown to be huge. Now the market for the stock is highly suspicious of claims about upcoming announcements. The only thing that really matters is delivering on placement of units. An announcement that said, "we are on target and have installed 12,000 units into revenue generating locations" would be a different story and would make this stock rock. Until something believable happens, I will stay on the sidelines.
