Were those earnings estimates (both official and unofficial)
exclusive of merger and restructuring costs (i.e., on the money)?
Or did we get our heads handed to us?

My feeling is the recent runup has been in expectation of the official
earnings estimates, so tomorrow will either be the status quo or a stampede
for the exits. Not that I want to sound pessimistic or anything....
