Neil,

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I've been too busy to look at the numbers until now. I agree that the dilution of the secondary will knock down the year end target a bit. I was looking for $1.50 before they announced that but your $1.15-$1.10 seems reasonable now. I think the key is for them to renew their postal contract to keep domestic sales strong. Also, I think the slight decrease in revenue from Q1 can be attributed to the 18% decline in overseas sales. This was mainly due to the Asian thing but as they expand into Europe, future results will be less vulnerable to economic crisis in any one geographic location. Asia should also begin to pick up again later in the year. Unless they really wow us, I see $14-$16 as a no brainer by year end, maybe sooner. The only thing I am still wondering is when they will launch the secondary and at what price.

Hank
