As I understand it, proxies were mailed several days ago to approve the merger of Intek, Midland, and Securicor. The stockholder meeting will be held at Lehman Brothers which will, in turn, handle an additional public offering in the neighborhood of 11.5. In the near future, Intek will acquire three companies collectively valued at over $500 million. I will try to get more information about acquisitions.

Good luck. This is the type of opportunity that drives me to go searching for quarters in the sofa cushions.
