Good idea. Buy a CPQ machine! CPQ is a dying company

Linda
Hate to disagree with a fellow AAPL long, but I think CPQ is far from a dying company. I know it's tempting to reply to the idiot Andon in kind, but I don't see how responding to his provocative histrionic rantings with a similar overstatement does anyone any good. After the Digital merger goes through, Compaq will be the second largest computer company in the world behind IBM. I am long AAPL, CPQ and INTC, as I learned several years ago that to be polarized in one's opinions about computer stocks can cost you alot of potential dollars. I am still long all of these companies, and I hope to realize big profits from each. As a computer owner, I am partial to Apple products, and don't think the others compare. As well managed companies, however, I am a bit more confident in CPQ and INTC than I am in AAPL, though I hope that their management begins to emulate that of "the dying" CPQ!
