The news release is posted at www.wsj.com(Wall Street Journal).

Once you're in, go to the search menu and find the "Briefing Book"
on OLPV. All of their recent news releases are there.

Its a short one just stating that the directors have approved
the 2 mil stock buyback and that there were 11 mil outstanding.
