Digital TV wars. "Can't we all, just get along.".................... msnbc.com A spitting match between the warring broadcast and cable industries is threatening to delay the network debut of digital television this fall. At issue is whether cable operators are required to pass along on their wires the digital-TV signals that broadcasters are spending an estimated $16 billion to develop, in order to offer high-definition TV and multiple channels.
