I found this stock from its earning news release today. Also, I checked the web site sitra.com I believe this stock should be in over $5 within 2-3 months. Why? The news release from the company said that it intends to file its Form 10 and become a voluntary SEC reporting company this quarter. If it becomes a fully reporting company, the stock will not be in trading under OTC BB. A lot of investors will find more info about this company. Anyway, I will buy the stock tomorrow. I think it is a STRONG BUY under $2.
