Ok, just off the top of my head I am going to say Mercer island its the only one I know of that is in fresh water,Now that I have said that I feel this urge to check the map. The other history is going to take research since I am not a native to the land of the Webbed footed North Westerner. So how did I do so far? Danny DeVito uhh. I am going to have ta rent the movie. Done-cha just love that Thomas Brother's map when it makes you believe that you can get there from here and then after you travel say 15 maybe 20 minuits you find out you can't! Then you have to back track the 20 min.; circle round for another 20 to get to the place. Bot I'll twll you, makes me glad I'm in a County Vehicle and on their time! Whew...
