jerry, you can always call theodore up and ask him when he sold his shares - if he has soold his shares. you could also organize and picket his brokerage firm. btw, bringing in small kids that yell, scream and spill slushies, cool aid and ice cream on nice carpets usually gets peoples attention - if they don't have time for you now. raising one's voice and elucidating what may have transpired here in front of other customers may very well get his attention, too. good luck...
