Look no one wins in any shareholder suit. However, it would be interesting to find out if Novell's Directors have 'indemnification' insurance and what specifics have to be proven for thier policy to kick-in. I am currently in the middle of a suit (which shareholder's have won) where the management sold their shares 'knowing that future results' were poor (in fact that quarter reported a loss!) and told the shareholders that all was well and 'normal'.There is always that big shot in San Diego that files all those class-action suits. We probably should see what earnings have to bring and keep track of the amount and dates of management's reported insider selling. << ====================================================================== Consider this "ARCHIVED" <smile> Joe....
