Ken Walther, President

Ken Walther was formerly a member of the Science and Technology
Directorate for the US Central Intelligence Agency. As president of
SYSTEMS of Excellence, Inc., he provides expert analysis and
guidance in identifying business opportunities for both foreign and
domestic video teleconferencing.

Mr. Walther served nearly 20 years in overseas posts utilizing his
technical expertise in support of the CIA's Directorate of Operations.
When not on foreign assignment, he was responsible for maintaining
contact with many cutting edge, high technology companies in the US
that provided products and services to the Agency.

Dr. Jerry T. Thornthwaite, Executive Vice President,
Director of the Scientific Advisory Board

Dr. Thornthwaite will oversee the scientific development of the SEXI
product lines such as telecommunications (Telemedicine and
Telepathology(tm)), medical systems (the DNAnalyzer) and other
commercial products. Dr. Thornthwaite has significant expertise in
bringing products to the medical marketplace and his efforts have
generated more than $1,000,000 in sales. He also holds several
patents for medical products which have significant commercial value.
Among his scientific accomplishments are his discovery of the natural
killer cell, our natural defense against cancer, and the prognostic
significance of DNA analysis of tumors. Dr. Thornthwaite has spent
20 years in the instrumentation, re-agent development and practical
application of these technologies in the development of clinical
immunology cancer laboratories at Cedars and Baptist Medical
Centers in Miami. He has had his work published in over 60
publications in the areas of cancer and AIDS. He holds a doctoral
degree in Chemistry from Florida State University.

Dr. Guy Bailey, Chief Scientist

Dr. Bailey has degrees from: University of Arizona BSEE, LaSalle
University, University of Colorado, JD. Guy Bailey has over 35 years
experience in telecommunications including design of ATM switches
and security systems. His experience includes Vice President,
Engineering, CCT, Inc., Program Manager, NATO Project 85, and
Director of R&D for IEI. Much of this experience involved bringing
development systems to production and in readying integrated
software/hardware products for the high volume market place. At
Systems of Excellence, Dr. Bailey if responsible for the overall quality
and production design of the hardware and software components.
Further, the Company's Advisory Board consist of outstanding,
experienced and dedicated professionals possessing the
complementary expertise to guide this company through its
development stage and beyond. In addition to the management team,
the Company has developed strategic relationships with vendors and
product suppliers to bring products from each of their respective
fields, to the Company. The Company, has also assembled, on it's
Scientific Advisory Board Chaired by Dr. Thornthwaite, a group of
key scientist and clinician. One of these, for example is Dr. Jay
Sanders, the President of American Telemedicine Society.
