Concord International Group, Inc. (Otc Bb: Cigi) And Our Town Usa, Inc., Announce Several New Contracts And Key Strategic Alliances
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Concord International Group and Our Town USA, Inc. announced November 4th, the consummation of several new contracts and strategic alliances from last week. They include:
-- AsOne Corporation -- AsOne Corporation has a direct sale force of approximately 20,000 representatives. AsOne provides consumers with direct broadcast satellite systems and programming services. Our Town USA is responsible for all Internet marketing services for AsOne. The contract has the potential of yielding $1.5 million in gross sales over the next 12 months.
-- Prolink Corporation -- Prolink is a National Internet Service Provider. Our Town USA and Prolink will co-market their services to provide the consumer with a complete, inexpensive Internet package. Projected revenues for Our Town USA exceed $1 million in gross sales within the next 12 months.
-- Pathway International -- Pathway International is a direct sales company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pathway markets telecommunication products and services with special focus on limited edition prepaid calling cards. They have generated over $1 million in gross sales in the last nine weeks. -- Active Technologies, Inc. -- Active Technologies is affiliated with several major computer manufacturers, including Maxtech, Aspect, Caliber Corp., North American Communication and Direct Wave. With this agreement installation of Our Town's "Internet on a Disk(TM)" software will be installed on every computer sold. Currently, they ship over 20,000 units per month with combined revenues exceeding $250,000,000. Active Technologies will also offer the Our Town USA re-sellers kit to each of their 2,000 computer dealers nationwide. The estimated value of this joint venture is over $1.8 million in revenue.
-- Eastern Federal Corporation -- Eastern Federal operates motion picture theaters and malls in 26 states. Our Town USA has started fulfilment of web services.
-- Concord International Group, Inc. and Our Town USA, Inc. are presently pursuing closure on agreements with several additional direct distribution companies and numerous Associations.
-- The consummation of these agreements will provide Concord International and Our Town USA with accumulated gross projected revenues of over $5.5 million.
-- Concord and Our Town USA have launched an aggressive multimedia marketing campaign airing commercials to 20 million households and reaching over 27 million readers via various print media.
