Definitely. These companies do not have the need for cash that technology manufacturers do with their large R&D and capital expenditure budgets. That means stock buybacks for the majors with their excess cash and debt reduction for companies like SEMI. Another two years at this rate and debt will equal equity and the balance sheet will be substantially deleveraged -- unless sales take off and they need more inventory and receivables, for example <ggg>.
