ALL: Company's change auditors for a variety of reasons. Some relate to accounting issue disagreement and some relate to business economics. I'm a CPA and my guess on this one is the smaller firm could give more personalized service than the big one. Sometimes that all that matters. I would not read too much into just this fact. Let's face it and audit is an audit regardless of who signs, its the service that sells. I tell my clients the same thing. Not an investor in GLOW (yet), just breezed by here. O/S share amount scares me a bit, but I need to do some more reading. Hope this helps.
