Yes. Steichen is a Minn. based regional underwriter a cut or two above a bucket shop. Word from them is that the street was very disappointed in "who" is doing the secondary because folks had hoped for a bigger name to sell it and "back" it.

Don't know if Cunard and Cruttendon will have coverage, but I would guess that's part of the deal, to get more coverage.
