Mr. Anderson,
Please do a lurker post for me on this email. I have been a long time lurker
and owner of CVIA shares. I have spoken to Jack and Kieth so many times on the
phone, Jack knows my voice. I kidded about putting him on my xmas card list. I
just got off a lengthy phone conversation with him, his FAX and other lines and
beepers were going crazy, and he still took a lot of time to discuss the
situation with me. I am very long on this stock, and am very disappointed as
are the rest of you with the way the press releases screwed up our price. Jack
agreed, if we could have posted the merger news first followed by the split, we
might still be trading at a nice level. Remember folks, we are dealing with a
company that has no revenues, we all invested on the basis of this merger. Jack
assured me that something WILL take place by the end of the month to hopefully b
olster our confidence once again. I personally don't believe a law suit will
net any return, it will however muck up the WOTD picture. I believe in waiting
until at least April 30th to see what happens, after all thats only a week away.
I have never met Jack, but as many of you have noticed, he sounds very sincere,
I, for one think if this was a scam, no one would be answering the phone and we
would all be left wondering!!! Jack will talk to any of you, just call if you
don't believe it. My investment is down by 50%, I cant sell now... Let's step
back for a moment and see what happens next. Yeah, we might get screwed, but we
also might have a nice investment here. Thanks for listening....
