You know, you give an interview, you make sure you say all the right things, cautioning the investing public about the perils of such investing, the fact that someone will end up holding the bag, suggesting quality over crap, and thats what comes out of it.
Oh well, I've heard so many times about persons badly quoted in the news and I guess I now know how it feels. I personally dont ever recalling saying that phrase at all, and I am paid to have an exacting memory of such things. I dont have any regrets or disappointments, but just curious, for those who might still practice law, what is the rule on paraphrasing/quoting somenone. I would have thought since it was preceded with quotes and "said goldman" that it would hae to be exact, and I KNOW for sure i meant something like that but I would remember using the words "the next big one", like a big frankfuter. Who do I sue? Dow Jones. Michael Price...watch out buddy! Just kidding! Nutty market today again with these internet stocks...how do you think some of the investors out 60% on some of yesterdays flyiers feel today? Go to bed with bugs, wake up with bugs.... LukO bratsie sleeps with the fishes.
