I wrote my opinion about what I was able to get out of this thread. There has been a lot of space taken up complaining about other's posts.
I do have questions, but I'm not ready to take up space with them, mostly, because of my own personal position, I'm not ready to use the answers. This seems to me a legitimate reason to read a thread. I'm hardly "editorializing" because I express an opinion about what I'd like to see in a thread. And what not. They are just my opinions.
Now here, being more or less invited, is an editorial (your entire post to me was editorial, I note):
I don't believe it is within either the spirit or the rules of SI for one or just a couple of folks to take over a thread for their own purposes and attempt to exclude others. Frankly, you didn't rent the space.
Now, once again, being a polite kind of guy, I must say I appreciate your many helpful posts here, and I would like to go on doing so. That makes it all the more painful when you act like you own the thread and are empowered to direct its content. |
