On the first page of today's Wall Street Journal the head of the IRS is quoted that it will cost $1 billion to fix their y2k problem.On a similar note I was just at a panel discussion with several writers from the WSJ including the writer of the above article. The consensus was that overseas companies were behind the USA in addressing y2k.
