Terry,

I need your help. I'm considering investing in an internet related
company. Trying to get in on the ground floor of something that could
be big in a year. I read your posts. Could you elaborate on their
prospects and competition. What I don't understand if there a part
of US WEB why would they buy them. Excuse me if thats a stupid
question. Do you know what USWEB was trading at when they became
public.
