Maybe TGNT just bottomed out a little ahead of the others, we'll soon see. It's taken enough of a beating to look like a bargain, perhaps, but it still looks expensive to me. If the activity on TGNT today is any indication that the sector rotation is coming back around to telecom, I wouldn't complain. We'll see...
