Barney, boxing is being long and short the same stock. I have played some fast moving stocks as follows:

1. Buy the stock on the way up..
2. The stock is now higher than I am comfortable with, so I short it (creating a box) I am now neutral with a locked in profit.
3. The stock starts down, so I sell the long position, leaving only the short position.
4. Stock drops and I take profit on the short position.

Now if I just always make that theory work........
