By April '97, the P/E is projected to be around 22 or so and 11.5 by '98. Growth will slow in '98 to just a measly 100% a year according to analysts following the company.

Alcatel never was including FastComm in the RBOC deal. Their 70 million estimate was based on European sales projected where Alcatel was including and is including as we speak FastComm in several large European RFPs.
