Message I sent to PN, will post answer if/when I get one...
Mr Williamson,

as a shareholder of Pelorus Nav. I view with optimism the appointment of the new PR firm as released in the latest update on the company.

The last few months have been especially difficult for us, as we see the value of our holding melt away like April snow while the markets in general are making unprecedented advances.

Can you explain the steep price erosion of the last few weeks ?

When will the results for the year be released?

Can you comment on the new FAA policy regarding GNSS? The FAA has indicated that it has numerous worries about the reliability of a Satellite Nav System and is now looking at keeping a bare bone VOR/DME skeleton. Loran C is also talked about. Has this shift in FAA's direction resulted in a reorientation of PN and Honeywell 's marketing strategy?

Obviously, in the face of steep share depreciation, some explanation of PN's efforts and strategy as well as an update on the status of the company is warranted, I think. Stocks usually overreact in both directions and it could very well be that PN is under attack from short sellers. But then again the market is perhaps telling us that something is amiss out in ALTA...

Your comments appreciated.

Yours Sincerely,

Stephan Gilbert
