Got my 10-K in the mail today and a couple of items kinda jumped out at me. Regarding LaserBrush; "....a launch of the product is anticipated during the second half of 1998." Has this company ever provided a substantive explanation for the interminable delay in getting this product to market? Also, "Based on the Company's current business plan, the Company anticipates that it will need additional financing during the first half of 1998 to support additional working capital requirements." Sure sounds like more dilution can be expected. Another not-so-promising comment in reference to German sales of the Millenium: "At present, the Company maintains adequate inventories to supply other current orders of its products, and NO SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF BACKLOG EXISTS for such products." All in all, a rather downbeat report.
