I called the CBOE and asked them this exact question this morning. It depends on whether its a cycle 1,2, or 3 underlying equity. INTC is a cycle 1, and therefore, it will begin trading the monday after the option expiration in May. The cycle 2 and cycle 3's will start trading in June/July, respectively.... Hope this helps...
