But importantly, and assuming that anything in the S-8's is accurate, the lockups expire from the date of the agreement, not from the date of the stock issuance. But, these shares were issued without restriction, and for all intents and purposes, may have been negotiable, particularly if the lockup was selectively enforced. Stoppleman is ex SEC. Did a private placement for ICMX before huttoe entered the picture. No wonder he is upset about losing to Huttoe. Big question...was Huttoe aware that Stoppleman was Meyerson legal council? Does Stoppleman have a big conflict of interest here? Sorry for posting all this to you but I may be running out of my allotted posting for today. JILTED P.S.
