Linda, Have you tried deleting all the old preference files for Virtual PC 1.0 and 2.0. My copy kept saying "Virtual PC was not installed correctly. Please reinstall from the master disk." I deleted all of the old prefs and the VPC application started right up. I hope my suggestion works for you. I'd love to hear what VPC performance is like on your smokin' new G3/300. Michael
