W.F. You are absolutely correct, I worded that poorly. I owe you an apology, I am sorry. I have been told by the firm that I work for, on many occasions that you can be charged on insider trading regardless of the profit or lack thereof on any trade. I would be interested to find out what you hear. Please post it and please accept my apology. Mark
