When you signed up and paid them, you should have setup a username and password, along with being told which server to use, either laura or sharon.
Once you sign on, you need to setup a quote page or composite page with the symbols you wish to follow. This is done a number of ways, but just click file, new, and composite page. There you can fill in the symbols you want, and setup the page the way you want it. During market hours, you will see quotes begin to show up for each symbol on your page. As you get more familiar with how it works, you can change around the format to your liking. Remember to save your changes.
Then you can start getting into the chart layouts, etc.
