Re if DOJ files any new anti-trust suit, they would be stupid not to seek some type of injunction on W98. With the release date so close, they can sure throw a monkey wrench in MSFT's engine. Not a chance, Ramsey. A federal judge just yesterday criticized the DOJ demand late last year that MSFT ship "unbundled" versions of Win95 (ie sans IE). The government has no right to demand a company not ship a legal product, simply because James Barksdale is a crybaby. And the Government certainly has no right to deny users the right to purchase a perfectly legal product. If the DOJ did issue an injunction against MSFT re the shipping of Win98 in total, you might have a million man march on Wash DC consisting of outraged techno-geeks.
