last June, they pre-announced.

last Sept, they cancelled an appearance at a Paine W conference. Next day, rumored proved true that they were having problems and pre-warned again, also referenced insider sales.

Dec qtr they did pretty good. Current estimate of .43 per Zacks does not seem outrageous.

Now the question is how are they surviving in the middle, with pressure from both the high and low ends?
